The ADIZ would probably begin at Kaliningrad’s Baltic shoreline (i.e., once the planes were wheels up, they’d be within the ADIZ; if not Sweden’s, then Poland’s or Lithuania’s; but I assume Sweden’s ADIZ includes the entire Baltic Sea). I think they said the aircraft flew over a Swedish island in the Baltic Sea, so that would be Swedish air space.
Yes, Gotland is a big island smack dab in the central Baltic that is Swedish territory, formerly used as a base for piracy:
