I always thought the guy was a doomsday prophet. But, you have to read it all in order to figure out your options.

Armstrong is actually a “cyclical prophet”.

He believes financial markets and political power runs in cycles.

However, he is a “doomsday prophet” for the US. He believes our days as the world’s leading economic and military power are numbered.
