I would bet a lot of statutory rape crimes committed by immigrants (illegal and legal) are swept under the rug as "unique cultural traditions" and not often prosecuted.
yup- story after story of that happening- the perps getting very light sentences- that rapist in laudon recently woudl have gotten away with it if it hadn’t been for the parents making such a racket over it-
