I agree about the motion practice which will also assert some or all claims are barred by the Statute(s)of Limitations. The legal battle should be epic.

IIRC, default federal SOL is five years. Rico is four, but see rico.uslegal.com/rico-and-statute-of-limitation/ for caveats.
I figure there are other grounds, for example anything based on obstruction of justice is barred to civil complainants. Obstruction being solely under the province of the government sort of argument.
