Billions of dollars flow directly or indirectly to advocacy groups, consultants, social justice organizations, charities, non profits, and other organizations allied with the progressive movement and Democrat party. These organizations pay no taxes and employ social justice warriors at upper middle class incomes. Yes the beneficiaries are grifters and their funding is buried in the thousands of pages of the big spending bills our Congress passes each year.
Much of it passes through the “discretionary” spending doled out to bureaucrats to manage. Infrastructure in our national parks crumbles but the park service employees get their social equity training every year by outside consultants handsomely rewarded.
If a future majority GOP Congress is serious about saving America it will end this bleeding of the treasury in the first appropriations bill it passes. Speakers Hastert, Boehner and Ryan were unwilling to take on the waste in the federal budget. Is future speaker McCarthy up to the challenge?
