I think you have missed some of your history. In 1918-1922 there was a wild ride of Ukrainian nationalists all out for independence from Russia, or what would be the Soviet state.
Guys like the peasant anarchist Nestor Makhno, who doesnt fit in any boxes. A good primer, the best by far I have seen recently, on the Russian revolution, is “A Peoples Tragedy”, Orlando Figes, highly recommended.
And those guys weren’t “globalists”, any more than were the Poles of the 1920s. Thats just a weird attempt to torture the past to fit a modern world view.
