I’m glad you are willing to write off 100,000 Americans for being weak.

Ukraine Volunteer Pilots, got it, do we even know if they exist or do we know Ukraine has enough pilots capable of flying the Mig-29s ??

Do we know if Ukraine has the spare parts for the aging aircraft ??

Do we know if Ukraine has the necessary maintenance personnel to maintain the aircraft ???

The point is and I’m sure you know this, fighter jets don’t fly themselves or resupply themselves, can Ukraine handle that or do we have to supply the added parts as well ??

I’m advocating treating Poland’s airworthy MiGs as expendable.

30 Polish MiGs, sent one at a time, can create havoc. (”Havoc”, the name of one of America’s most effective WWII medium bombers, BTW).

Ukraine pilots would get audible electronic warnings in time to avoid (or bail out) from missile assault. With any luck, the Ukraine pilot can be returned to service.

The MiG would be replaced to Poland by F-16s or better.

I was reminded this morning:

(Canada site says “Ronnie Reagan would find a way”).
