Serious question — who are the good guys , and who are the bad guys in dealing with Ukraine?
I know Putin is a bad guy since he launched the invasion. But I’ve heard how Zelinsky is corrupt, and he has political prisoners, but the media is trying to make him be like Winston Churchill in World War 2.
I hate war and what’s going on. But am having trouble figuring out if we should support Ukraine based on their being an independent country which Russia wants to take over, or opposing aid to them because of corruption and political prisoners, or what the deal is here. What is America’s vital interest, if any, is another ongoing question.
Then like on this thread, nobody wants to listen to anything Mike Pence says due to hatred of Mike Pence, so there’s that too.
I don't "hate" Pence, but I'll never vote for him. Tossing out the thought of a "Ukraine airlift", IMO reeks of more incompetence, something we have in large measures in DC...we don't need anymore.
