Russian troops have launched an attack on a theatre in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol where as many as 1,200 civilians including women, children and the elderly, were taking refuge.

I need more facts to draw a conclusion. For example, the picture of the theater shows that it does not have windows. The picture of a destroyed building shows that it had windows. And there are no trees or fences in front of the theater, but there are in front of the destroyed building. And then there is the source.

The first sign the story is pure bullshit:

Targeting civilians works to demoralize the attacked population, their men who are fighting, and causes refugees which adds to chaos and eats up resources that could be used to resist the invasion.
I remember when MULTIPLE agencies reported that Biden won the election.
