Mexicans just replaced my neighbor’s roof ...cheap. Pretty sure they didn’t use tanks or thermobaric bombs. No one got killed.

If they were on the public dole AND working under the table..your neighbor was paying for their healthcare, schooling, food, and shelter in the form of higher taxes. So there is a hidden cost in your neighbors savings.
The good thing about it,they might have done a better job than some licensed contractors and their crews!
