World leaders are a piss-poor batch, starting with the usual default world leader - The POTUS. Our Founders never contemplated that we would install such an inept, criminal, unpatriotic clown as Sleepy Joe. And the “loyal opposition” (e.g. Jim Jordan, Rand Paul) is held back by an equally corrupt GOP Congressional “Leadership” (Turtle, et al.)
And the “loyal opposition” is so small. I do not know of more than ten total in both houses of Congress.
