It’s possible to eat good, tasty, healthy food for a fraction of the cost of prepared foods.
I imagine that instead of grilling New York strips, you would braise a chuck roast. You probably don’t drink bottled water or soda pop, or if you do you buy the generic two-liter bottles. Crustless quiche is wonderful, healthy, and CHEAP.
It’s quite easy to save money and eat well.

How much, and what kind of beef does this include? For how many meals?
How much chicken? Ham? Turkey? Pork?
How many dozen eggs? Gallons of milk?
Just to be clear....you’re purchasing 3 meals/day, for 7 days, for a family of four? If not...how many meals/week does this 100.00 buy?
They (today’s chuck roasts) are at least double of the chuck roasts I pressure canned just over a year ago.

I had a package of boneless skinless thighs in my freezer 5 months I went to buy another package same identical thing at Walmart freezer package 4.22 new package 9.12 INSANE!!!!
Obama/Biden and their Democrats have no intention of
fixing anything. They are deliberately causing these problems

a reset for the economy, nation, continents, world. Life
goes on and adjustments will be made. True some will be
hurt more than others but people will adapt. JMO
US agriculture is fueled by diesel. Higher diesel fuel prices will be reflected with increased food costs. There are not even prototypes of electric tractors or combines nor any practical large electric trucks. If fossil fuels are to be priced out of existence how will we produce food?
Well wait 10 months instead of five and
the price per month will be the same.
