“What does it mean when someone is constantly shifting weight back and forth between their legs while standing? It means they are acting shifty, and are likely a scoundrel. These types of people can be manipulative, dangerous and toxic. They use their connections to get what they want, see people as objects, are extremely narcissistic and do not keep their word. The shifting from foot to foot represents their inability to form stable relationships with others. The lack of structure in their lives is embodied by their physical structure changing rapidly. When they are on their right leg, that symbolizes the fact that they always think they are right. When they are on their left leg, it shows the deep pain of someone they loved who left them. Be very careful with this type of person. You may wish to avoid them, or, if you are brave, tell them what an asshole they are.”

Using this analogy I would be a completely horrible person who will be gunning down teens and dogs in my neighborhood. Notwithstanding my left leg got blown to hell in the Army leaving me with 25% missing muscle and a crushed motor nerve in my right foot keeps me shifting from left to right feet since I am unable to keep my balance long not moving. So not everyone that shifts feet while standing will fall into the shifty scoundrel net.
