Oligarch Leonid Nevzlin was a former Russian tycoon for 20 yrs... who ripped off the Russian people bigtime.... who Putin kicked out of Russia - if they lived that long when he came into office. Many of who ran to other nations. The guys a bad guy - make no mistake.
He’s with the bunch of them that thought they could keep Putin under their thumbs and he showed them otherwise.
