Not sure if there are 36 Labs I’ve seen maps with 4 and 5.
That fact is there a a Law in this country that certain pathogens are not permitted to be researched here in the U.S.
Ebola and SARS are two on that list of banned research here.
So……this country contracts out.
It’s a two way street. On one hand, some pathogens are banned and on the other hand, our adversaries and enemies are doing research and we can’t allow them the get more advanced than us.
Right after the 9/11 attacks, terrorist were rounded up and put through integration. So of the methods used are banned here on U.S. soil.
So in order to use Water Boarding (which I recall freepers were all for) the CIA had to use other sites in other countries and not here or Gitmo.
I can understand that, but I think that you can understand that I believe absolutely nothing coming out of this regime.
