Like Biden Xi speaks intelligible English. Joe might be a little better with English. Obama spoke far better than Joe. Xi is said to speak excellent Mandarin, with the many dialects in China that's not so common. Not sure if Xi is as talented with a teleprompter as Joe, Obama wins that test. Also, Xi seems to work harder, and keeps his nations interests in the forefront.
