The concept of outlawing war is just foolish.
Those that try to abide by their unenforceable law will be destroyed
After Trump wins the election, it’ll be reported that he sent Pence to Russia in a U2 to negotiate an October Surprise for Putin to leave Ukraine…
Final score, "Aides: 100%, Trump 0%.
There are no Good Guys in this conflict. Which I believe Trump has said all along. Even when praising Putin for his timing, Trump has never said “Go, Russia”. At least, not that i ever heard.
If the news media EVER gave a complete story, we would have fewer idiots. As it turns out, sheeple only read headlines, “Trump praises Putin”, without any further context.
Of course, they wouldn’t have to make up a story saying “Trump calls Biden demented “.
Given the chance, he’d bomb both Putin and NATO.
With Chinese labeled planes.
Good for you!
Too often people read any articles of Interpretation, not Information.
Let other countries build the capacity to protect themselves
It’s not our job to defend Europe
Some Freepers have Brain Freeze. About many things.
Agree 100%
Should I trust Daily Mail’s reporting?
If you get past the T&A sleaze, and cult of celebrity, oftentimes more accurate than some of our domestic news sources.
Who’s pro Putin?
Yep.
Conservatives' unending self-flagellation will be the death of them.
Ok, I’m calling your bluff. Here is the website to volunteer to go fight in Ukraine:
Keep us updated.
Or were you lying?
Well it gets to the point where what happened in the past doesn’t matter anymore, it’s what is the best policy now.
Sure with Trump it never would have gotten to this point, but that’s small consolation now.
I agree. I don’t believe Trump wants NATO to get involved.
(If he does, he lost my vote)
Is NATO now The World Police?
“Do you support the Monroe Doctrine, the Mexican War, and the Mexican punitive expedition of 1915-16?”
Neither of those has a bearing on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. None, whatsoever.
“Neither of those has a bearing on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. None, whatsoever.”
Of course they do.
Either you believe strong nations can, and ARE RIGHT TO, impose spheres of influence or you don’t.
This is the essence of the Monroe Doctrine. We have used military force dozens of times, overthrown governments, killed civilians, and imposed direct rule to enforce the doctrine, and a policy that only we have that right is a perpetual war policy.
The idiotic Woodrow Wilson and his stupid “captive nations” ideology has cost us more, much more, than a strict Monroe Doctrine policy ever could have.
Which side are you on?
If President Trump really said that the US should attack Russian troops, than he would most definitely be wrong. However, this wouldn't be the first time he was wrong in his initial policy position. He has changed several of his initial positions when it became clear that they weren't well thought out. The larger problem is the President Trump still seems to be surrounding himself with the wrong people and he still seems to be listening only to the leftist media narrative (Fox, MSNBC, CNN, etc.).
I have posted many times on this forum that I would not support any other candidate for the Republican presidential nomination and that I would never again vote for anyone who even runs against him. The last election was stolen and it needs to be undone for our democracy to be restored. However, that changes if President Trump becomes a pro-war (pro-WWIII) candidate. I will not support anyone who supports military intervention against an established nuclear power like Russia. Preventing a world war or an actual nuclear war is one of the few issues that is even more important than election integrity.
