Maybe, but unless Lindbergh, Kennedy, or American Bund members were among the posters, I’m not sure if they’d be the same support for Hitler that Putin’s getting here now!

You might be surprised. There were a lot who felt Hitler was justified because of what Britain and France did to Germany vis a vis The Versailles Treaty.

And many did blame Poland for not giving back Danzig and The Corridor to Germany, then aligning with France and Britain to threaten Germany. This is basically the argument about allowing Ukraine to join NATO and go right up to Russia’s border.

Plus we all know the burning white hot hatred most conservatives had for FDR then.

Basically

If you side with Ukraine against the Russian imperialist despot Putin — you are automatically a new world order bootlicker, deep state toady, Biden-Obama-Soros-Harris lackey, Mainstream Media-believing dolt.

If you believe we should not get involved on Ukraine’s side or you are not sufficiently anti-Russia 24/7 in all your posts — you are automatically a Putin lick-spittle, Russia sycophant, commie sympathizer and Russia Today-believing imbecile.

And in reading the posts, it appears possible to be either a Trump support or a never-Trumper hater regardless of which position one takes on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

One thing is certain: Russia’s invasion of Ukraine under the leadership of KGB Col. V.V. Putin takes a page straight out of the book of the adventurism, expansionism, aggression and militarism pursued by the N.S. Khruschev and L.I. Brezhnev dictatorships.

I think it’s more a nineteenth century style land grab. Stratego with real countries. But maybe that’s the same thing with a different label.

You must not have followed World War 2.

The invasion of Russia by Hitler didn’t come through Estonia.

Try reading up on the US-led coup in the Ukraine in 2014. McStain was involved, along with other DEMs and RINOs.

And your remark about Hell and ice water is meaningless emotional drivel.

***Estonia was among the first soviet satellite countries to declare independence and to join NATO. The reason Russia hasn’t invaded THEM first is because they are in NATO. I never put a connection between Estonia and Russia and Nazi Germany. But you are, which means you’re propping up a straw argument.

Try reading up on the US-led coup in the Ukraine in 2014.
***Why should I? Russia invaded Ukraine that year and annexed Crimea. Even dipwads agree to that much of the history. Claiming some conspiracy theory such as “US led coup” is not history, it is just a conspiracy theory.

McStain was involved, along with other DEMs and RINOs.
***Your position DEPENDS upon believing in a bullsnot conspiracy theory. It is a house of cards.

And your remark about Hell and ice water is meaningless emotional drivel.
***Your entire post is meaningless emotional drivel. Take a critical thinking class.

There’s such a gigantic duhh factor to all this.

But you simply can’t see it because you’re hidebound and stuck on stupid.

You’re not even wrong.

Read up on World War 2 first.

It will explain the Russian mindset.

Both as regards the Ukraine, and the Baltics.

Then read up on what today’s Nazis in the Ukraine have been doing to, and in, the Eastern Ukraine, since the Deep-State-led coup in 2024.

In the meantime, may I ask if you’ve read Hal Lindsey?

You’re not even wrong.
***I didn’t make the connection of Estonia to Russia in WW2, YOU did.

Read up on World War 2 first.
***I know enough that if we had stopped that 2bit dictator Hitler when he invaded Sudetenland, we’d have saved tens of millions of lives. Appeasement doesn’t work. If we had stopped Putler when he invaded Ukraine the first time, we wouldn’t even be having this discussion, let alone if they had simply joined the UN.

It will explain the Russian mindset.
***Yeah, they whine about all the people they lost in ww2 when they had a gigantic hand in STARTing that damned war. Explain that.

Both as regards the Ukraine, and the Baltics.
***I think maybe I’d rather twiddle my thumbs than listen to you browbeat on some red herring issues.

Then read up on what today’s Nazis in the Ukraine
***Conspiracy theory.

have been doing to, and in, the Eastern Ukraine,
***More conspiracy theory nonsense.

since the Deep-State-led coup in 2024.
***Ho hum. Your position DEPENDS upon believing in a conspiracy theory. My position depends upon acknowledging the fact that Russia invaded the Ukraine.

In the meantime, may I ask if you’ve read Hal Lindsey?
***Why throw in another red herring? Because that’s what you do.

“didn’t make the connection of Estonia to Russia in WW2, YOU did.”
Right. Because Russia didn’t get invaded through Estonia, which is why they’re not worried about it now.
“I know enough that if we had stopped that 2bit dictator Hitler when he invaded Sudetenland, we’d have saved tens of millions of lives.”
You can’t even tell Hitler from Putin? Here’s a hint: Hitler kept ranting about a Master Race. Had something to do with his territorial ambitions.

Putin has been consistent all along.
Clear the Nazis out of the Ukraine, and don’t let it join NATO.

Ties into your next feeble rejoinder
“Yeah, they whine about all the people they lost in ww2 when they had a gigantic hand in STARTing that damned war. Explain that.”

Hitler violated the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. Operation Barbarossa. Russia faced off against 54% of Germany’s ground troops and 88% of their mechanized troops. They suffered 20 million dead compared to ~250,000 or so for the US.

“Conspiracy theory”
You of all people ought to know better than to toss that line out.

You haven’t bothered to read up on the major US politicians whose children have major position$$$ with Ukrainian Energy Companies?
Or recall Biden’s ,”If he’s not fired, you don’t get the billion dollars, well, son-,of-a-bitch, he got fired”?
(It’s on video you know.)

Glad to hear you’re not a Late Great Planet Earth acolyte: at least not admittedly firsthand.

“didn’t make the connection of Estonia to Russia in WW2, YOU did.”
Right.
***Then we’re done here.

Because Russia didn’t get invaded through Estonia, which is why they’re not worried about it now.
***Russia aint worried about getting invaded through Ukraine. They just found a country they can bully and they’re getting away with it. Duhh. Gigantic duhh factor. Yuge.

“I know enough that if we had stopped that 2bit dictator Hitler when he invaded Sudetenland, we’d have saved tens of millions of lives.”
You can’t even tell Hitler from Putin?
***Of course I can. What a ridiculous point. But you can’t learn the lessons of Hitler and appeasement.

Here’s a hint: Hitler kept ranting about a Master Race.
***Here’s a hint: You’re stuck on bullsnot.

Had something to do with his territorial ambitions.
***Here’s a secondary hint: All those bullsnot excuses that Pootypoot came up with sound a lot like the ones that Hitler used to justify HIS territorial ambitions. But you’ll never see it because you’re hidebound.

Putin has been consistent all along.
***Sure, consistently tyrannical.

Clear the Nazis out of the Ukraine,
***Crock of shiite.

and don’t let it join NATO.
***Well, that seems to be Ukraine’s fault more than Pootypoot’s.

Ties into your next feeble rejoinder
***I doubt it, based on your conspiracy theories and dependencies.

“Yeah, they whine about all the people they lost in ww2 when they had a gigantic hand in STARTing that damned war. Explain that.”
***I see you didn’t explain it.

Hitler violated the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. Operation Barbarossa.
***Oh boooh-the-frack-hooo. You are just blithely going over the fact that Russia divided up Poland. You’re a Russia Apologist, a Putinist. It’s despicable.

Russia faced off against 54% of Germany’s ground troops and 88% of their mechanized troops. They suffered 20 million dead compared to ~250,000 or so for the US.
***Rightfully so, since they had a hand in STARTING world war 2.

“Conspiracy theory”
***Yes, you’re pushing a conspiracy theory.

You of all people ought to know better than to toss that line out.
***I wrote a book about one particular subject for which conspiracy theories come up, so yeah, I’m an expert on some of it. I can tell your particular conspiracy theory is horsehockey.

You haven’t bothered to read up on the major US politicians whose children have major position$$$ with Ukrainian Energy Companies?
***There you go again. Conspiracy theory.

Or recall Biden’s ,”If he’s not fired, you don’t get the billion dollars, well, son-,of-a-bitch, he got fired”?
(It’s on video you know.)
***Doesn’t surprise me. And it’s basically immaterial to the conversation.

Glad to hear you’re not a Late Great Planet Earth acolyte: at least not admittedly firsthand.
***Where did I say anything about that, one side or the other? You sure presume a lot. I can see how that lends itself towards believing bullsnot conspiracy theories.
