Probably taking out a command and control location in the near proximity of the plant. The Russians vividly remember Chernobyl. Does anyone really think Putin would have attacked if there was any chance he could have compromised the nuclear material. There is zero chance he would have done that. This entire BS hysteria from last night was another planted disinformation narrative. Try as they might to get this particular misinformation up and running, the wheels feel off when they were forced to admit there was no radiation released.
By firing on those buildings, Russia maybe trying to attack Ukraine in a nuclear way without nuclear bombs while saying...accident of war ...”what a shame!”. I wonder if the attacks would stop if NATO threatened to target with conventional cruise missiles a nuclear facility in Russia proper.
