Don't be surprised if the Oligarch's make that happen soon, for the mess Putin's created.
The only question is: will whoever follows Putin be worse? I'm thinking they will and it's going to be even more brutal.
They might want to hurry up, because if it doesn't happen soon, it never will.
Who knows what they will do. I suspect some are thinking that.
