Trump was forced many times by McConnell and other anti-Trump Rino’s who said if you don’t do what we tell you, we won’t pass your bills. Just like when he wanted to fire Rosenstein I think, he was warned off.
I hope the GOP if they ever get Presidency again, writes a bill forbidding certain people like AG’s, cabinet, Chief’s of staff, etc from writing a tell all book for 7 years after they serve.
