For many if not most people with type two diabetes, it is completely controlled by a difficult to do but simple to understand change in diet and exercise. Most have a choice of doing that or a lifetime on drugs and poor health. After the way that our medical community has mishandled Covid, I would not be surprised if there were many doctors who preferred keeping people on drugs and in poor health.

Actually, that information is incorrect. The bulk of high quality quartz for solar panels is from North Carolina and sent to China for manufacture, then sent back as panels. Also an alternative material is cadmium telluride, also from the US, and First Solar of Ohio plans to double it’s production using that material. So it appears production here is based on labor costs. Also recent US laws on manufacture of panels using slave labor in China.

I would not be surprised if Fauci sidetracked AIDS vaccine research because it is more profitable to give AIDS patients multiple drugs for a lifetime of treatment, than give a vaccine, which if it functioned like tetenus or polio would only be needed once a decade or some other long time span, unlike the very profitable Covid vaccine which only seems very effective for a few months.
