Well, it was 20 years old and the secondary market for those big ones is pretty bleak because a person who can buy a 176 ft yacht want to choose every detail. not what some Russian fatcat choose 20 years ago. (Russians not being well known for their good taste in luxury goods).
The twin CAT’s are probably OK, maybe better than todays versions. But, with a lot of hours.
So the insurance settlement is probably a home run for the Russian.
