Sounds like propaganda to me? Who would know this? Why not send assassins to kill Putin? or Biden? or The Queen of England? Or Trump? In a declared war (which this is not) the leadership (as commander-in-chief) is a valid target. Still, why would Putin kill Zelensky? Who could surrender Ukraine to him?
