From what little I understand about the SWIFT sanctions, they will have minimal impact on the Russian economy.

Good! Hopefully the run on a Russian banks will eff up that economy.
When Russian banks stop giving out money, that’s when the hell will break out in Russia.

This is Putin’s war. He will pay for it, one way or the other. Ideally, he can pay in every way possible.
