They worked well in Afghanistan. Since then I understand that Russia took measures to protect against them (putting armor on some of their aircraft). I guess we’ll get a free test in Ukraine!!!
If its anything like those welded cages on Russian tanks to protect them from US Javelins, it will be useless. Planes and helicopters are very vulnerable to stingers.
