So were Hitler's griefs with The Versailles Treaty. But once he attacked Poland, nobody cared about it anymore. If anything now people will say that NATO was justified.

I’ve heard more than one historian blame WWII on the Versailles treaty. Even at the time one of the principles said something like, “I think we’ve sown the seeds for the next war.” But given the politics of France at the time it’s hard to see how anyone could have convinced the French to take any less.
The dust of war will prove one way or the other.....it’s not like the world leaders haven’t known Putin would play hard ball when pushed too far. 20 years of patience will come to a head as we see now.
I don’t look at Putin through the lens of the Hitler Days.....if push comes to shove frankly without Russia Hitler would have just kept coming and it’s often overlooked. But Putin is not Hitler...although he is certainly Russian in every sense of the word..of course.
The only nations who support Nato are the Nato nations and those too poor to defend their own nations. They are not looked at with any degree of respect and often seen as outdated for the times by many nations. Same with the UN.
