I saw this video a couple of days ago. It’s one thing to get angry about getting a ticket. But Hyde went way over the top, asserting that he was somebody special and implying the he’d get the cop fired.
Self-entitled bullies like him should be nowhere near a position of power. I sure hope he loses the election bigly. Oh, and I do feel sorry for his wife, his neighbors, and any pets he might have.
When I was an elected official, I’d give people my card, or even tell a roomful of folks:
“If you get a ticket, here’s my phone number. Call me up, and I’ll meet you at City Hall and I’ll take you inside and show you where the transaction window is so you can pay your fine. Then we’ll go out and get a coffee, or lunch, or a beer.”
Another freeper said he's dropped out... Who did he think he was? Some member of 'intelligence' who was bullies citizens for fun? Or a Justin Trudeau? Of half the democrats in DC? You're right - good riddance - glad this bully outed himself...
