President of the EC just announced that they have taken the decision to cut off a list of Russian banks from SWIFT, severing them from international financial transactions.
She also indicated they will be imposing a set of restrictions that will make it impossible for the Russian central bank to liquidate its assets.
Now Russia becomes a real pariah.
