Not sure what windmills and panels has to do with nukes, but yes, a nuclear plant of several gigawatts can charge a million EVs.
And provide all the other electrical need beyond EVs ?
As a Snowbird who goes to Florida in the winter, I have noticed that the electricity on the coast is relatively cheap. This will certainly begin to change that for Floridians.
