Former President Donald Trump said "everybody wanted" to get a COVID-19 vaccine when he was president and blamed vaccine mandates for low vaccine uptake among some segments of the population — even though millions of his supporters have refused to get vaccinated.
Trump, who falsely claimed vaccines cause autism in children as a presidential candidate, touted the development of COVID-19 vaccines while he was president.
"I think what we do get great credit for that they tried but it didn't work — even their side said you can't do that — is Operation Warp Speed," Trump said in an interview with the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show. "And not only the fact that the vaccines were developed in nine months as opposed to five years to 12 years."

He alluded to it many times. Gossip theory is that Barron may have a mild form of it, which was the driver for Trump's feelings.
If you research it, you'll see Trump supposedly even appointed anti-vaccine leader RFK JR for a job at the White House to lead science and the study of medicine.
However, according to RFK JR, despite RFK's strong interest, Trump soon ignored him and tried to then give the job to Bill Gates instead, after some large donations from Pfizer to his inauguration committee. Gates admits the offer but said he turned Trump down.
No one has ever questioned Trump about any of it that I've seen, however, for some reason, so all we have to go on is RFK JR and Gates, for the most part.
I agree with you but suggest he instead take shots at the CDC and its data by asking the tough questions questions.
No matter how you feel about the vax, this is something that should be constantly shoved down the anti-Trumper’s throats. That the Trump vaccine saved them - the golden cure for everything that ails them and the world is the “TRUMP VACCINE”. Just to troll them to no end and make them even nuttier than they already are as they try to mentally deal with the cognitive dissonance!
Many did want a vaccine but the the Pfascist pharmaceutical korporations delivered the Jim Jones Jab instead.
And by the same token this blanket statement shows how obedient the democrats are to government overlords...??? I know several liberals who want nothing to do with these vaccines. Including a PA and a doctor he went against “the science” and flat out refused them. I do find it educational (and frightening) how eager the progressives are to obey the government without question though.
He’s really not. Everyone wanted them to be available because the lefties were using not having them as an excuse for never allowing people to go back outside (remember, Trump campaigningwas controversial). Wanting then to be available and wanting to take them are completely different. And even worst, being FORCED to take it, a whole new level. Never discussed during thr Trump Era.
I think a lot of us wanted a vaccine, fast. But few if any of us wanted (or want) *mandated* taking of it.
It’s the principle of the thing. There are lunatics on both extremes, and those of us who are going to go with which position has more support amongst people with the specific expertise regardless of how much any pro or anti (*ANYTHING*) is frothing at the mouth and declaring the End Of Days.
I don’t support required vaccinations; as far as employers being able to require them, well, once they can take your blood for a drug test, or make you pee in a bottle, then your ‘right to work’ already includes giving them permission to control your body chemistry under pain of firing.
Just as applying the word "immigrant" both to any person who is here legally (a "legal immigrant") and to any person who is here illegally (an "illegal alien") to sow confusion among people who aren't paying attention -- which is most people -- the Democrat/Communist/Left has been very successful with its application to hide their lies and their evil intentions to destroy our American Republic by building confusion and ignorance ... and anger ... throughout our society.
He needs to STFU about vaccines. He stands to gain nothing.

We stand nothing to gain. The price to pay for all the side effects, and deaths WILL be settled in time, but not by the jab manufacturers, dollar to a dime a national fund will be set up funded by taxpayers. Time is beginning to tell a sinister story about the jabs.

IMHO, Trump was lied to and sold a “bill of goods” that he was not fully aware of at the time. He thought he was doing something good for the country while the communists had other plans.
Fauxi and his commie friends developed, patented and likely released this crap on purpose. The vaccines were likely already developed years before to do EXACTLY what they’re doing right now today.
In hindsight, he should have fired EVERY SINGLE LIB/RAT the first day in office, including that jerk, Fauxi. I can still see that vile, little gnome smirking at Trump’s pressers. He was likely behind it and knew EXACTLY what was going down...the evil, little bassturd. And so did Scarf, but she was smart enough to bail out of the public limelight probably out of fear of being found out and being hanged for it.

That therapeutics work (promoting therapeutics would have saved 100,000s of lives)
No Mandates and no shutdowns (would have save the economy)
No young kids were getting sick (no masks, no school shut downs, child vaccine)
What else can you expect? Imagine if the three things above would have been done?
He is wrong on the vaccine, but he had every government scientist whispering in his ear. His heart is the right place. Still there is no doubt if he was President he would have saved countless lives and the economy. Doctor Death Fauci would have been fired early in the second term (he would have been more free).
