I've never thought about having a foreign bank account....

Always thought the USA was the safest....but wondering now about that.

I have accounts in 5 different entities...Money in a bank makes nothing....But I still park money in them..to pay bills, etc...

Well, Switzerland is safest, but the IRS will put you under the microscope if you have a foreign bank account.

My bank is TD Bank and if they do it in Canada, they will do it in the US. The big banks are not your friends. If you have TD, call and ask them.
