Our Supreme court would protect a Democratic President by saying there isn’t sufficient justifiable reason to get access to logs and records, etc. If there hadn’t been a Jan 6th incident, I doubt SC would have ruled the way they did against Trump. That rally was perfect set up to get access to Trump logs, phone calls, records, etc.
