Mine was immediate. I hope you sent the correct phone number.
I saw that the app was available while in bed and tried getting it going, but thought better of it and got out of bed to get my reading glasses on so I could see what I was typing into my phone.

Same here. I'm still waiting on my confirmation email an hour later. I think I will try from scratch all over again.
They just upgraded the app from v. 1.0 to v. 1.0.1 so I anticipate a lot of bugs in the beginning, as well as massive traffic.
