PreOrder on the App store (apple - only available for iphone, not ipad yet) I'm very late to this discusison, but just opened the Apple app store on my iPad and Truth Social is there and says it will be available on February 21, 2022. No indication that it will not be available for iPad.
Guess we'll find out in a few hours.

Actually, there is an industry of Android clones and alternatives to Android.
Here is a link to a list of options. "Jailbreaking" the phones has gone on for a while, same with Fire Sticks . . . it lets the owner take back dominion of their own property, if they want to load unapproved programs. Certainly it's a tiny percentage, but I guess the market is big enough to support multiple alternatives.

Right up top. "for iPhone" Worded in a strange way. Twitter app just says open Mac app store to buy and download apps.

As of this morning, truthsocial website says Android coming soon. I don't have a phone. I do have an old ipad but it's outdated and none of the new apps will work on it plus I hate typing on anything but a real keyboard so I'll wait for the website to go live. Supposed to happen mid-March.

It does seem to be available for iPad, also. Post #41 has some current information. I checked late last night and the app was available for download on my iPad. I downloaded it and entered my birth date and email address. Then it was to send me a verification email. Tried several times, but never got the verification email last night.
Tried again this morning and the same thing except I’m also getting a “Something Went Wrong, Please Try Again” message. I guessing, as post #46 says, that there is high traffic and they are restricting access for now.
But it is available for download on iPad. I’ll try to finish my sign up later.
