Who hosts the Truth Social back ends? Even if entirely in friendly hands I simply DO NOT trust that a mole sys admin is not employed. Just one Aldrich Ames spoils the whole barrel of apples. Plus way too many Apple employees have access to complete info on all iphone downloaders.
I think it’s publicly owned, but not sure.
It’s Trump’s deal.
Devin Nunes is the CEO.
Well known people are coming on every day.
President Trump is there also.
I already messaged him.
Pretty cool.
Do you know if there’s an Android app?
I don’t know.
However, I was only told and presented through my email to download the Apple App.
No mention about if you have an Android.
PreOrder on the App store (apple - only available for iphone, not ipad yet) https://apps.apple.com/us/app/truth-social/id1586018825
No Android yet and no website yet. It’s supposed to run on a custom version of Mastadon. I guess it won’t be compatible with all the existing Mastadon apps.
I’m looking forward to this.
Mike Lee has no idea how expensive that would be.
Conservative Social Media, not too expensive and fairly easy to implement.
The rest will never happen.
I love that they’re already trolling Jack Dorsey from Twitter by reserving the handle @jack (his handle on Twitter) and telling him he’s welcome on the Truth platform.
Yep you can bet that will happen in a New York minute. Banned !
Dinesh D’Souza is also a beta tester. He mentioned this on his podcast.
And not a minute too soon, before Brandon and Kamala get us into a war.
Hope they’re ready for the rollout. Any major slipup, like underestimating the first day traffic causing performance issues, and the media will never let him hear the end of it.
What’s it cost?
1: Apple owns and controls its app store, so conservatives would have to create a new app store for Apple phones.
2: Apple restricts its phones to only use Apple’s app store. So, conservative would also have to create a new phone hardware platform.
BTW, Google does the same thing with its app store and Android phones.
Does that sound realistic. Conservatives are going to create an entirely new phone hardware platform to compete with the iPhone and Android?
No, that’s not going to happen. Big companies like Microsoft and Firefox have tried to do that and failed.
Apple and Google are a duopoly when it comes to phones.
If there was only one company producing smartphones, we’d recognize them as a monopoly and regulate them accordingly.
But, it’s a duopoly, so we act like there’s a thousand companies competing. There aren’t. There are only two, and those two companies and both politicized and work hand in hand with the left.
Probably just another C👁A cover op, right?
/S
🙃
Yep. He’s there and his wife and daughter also.
Thanks! It would seem like a rather large omission!
