I have on rare occasions driven through ghetto areas in Pittsburgh {which are relatively tame} but even with two pistols at the ready, I don't feel safe and can't wait to get out.
Driving through Philly, if you get off of the freeway and go down into the squalor, you will need to change your drawers when/if you get out alive.
