The Germans in ww2 made gas from coal, and explosives using atmospheric nitrogen. Biodiesel can be made directly from some plants. And some vegetable oils may run diesel engines straight up. We are constantly being lied to in order to promote certain businesses and political systems. Beware of the industrial political Industry....and the mostly corrupt Democrats.
