It is a good thing to be a high functioner, but will also be exhausting dragging along those who were not taught how to be responsible adults

There are some major sink or swim moments coming. Many will have to learn fast or they won’t survive

If they succeed in "corporatizing the world" then the high functioners will get a fairly decent life until they become a liabiity.

If they don't succeed, then they'll have good hunting.
