Those reds and oranges on the west side of the divide are bad news for lake mead and Powell. It will take three or more years of record snowfalls in a row to refill lake Powell and a couple more for mead. Those lakes can hold 5 years of water at full flows of 12 million acre feet per year. They have been short by 6+ million acre feet for a decade nearly now.
