Yes, most places are already doing that anyway. Ticks me off.
What is so bad here, is that in Japan I was paying $40/month for insanely fast Fiber Optic (starting around 2003); but here, back in the states, it costs over $100 to get anywhere near that speed.
It takes more than $30 just to process all that paperwork.
