he got cited for trespass riding his four-wheeler on private property without permission

He should take that up with the owner of the property, not the police.

“I’m taking my thin blue line sticker off my truck. I know there are a lot of good ones out there. But at the end of the day, they work for the ones who pay them.”

*****

You get a couple of guys, probably paid informants, to add water to the fuel cans overnight while they are in storage before you have to return them to the truckers.

It’s not an indictment against the Ottawa PD, but certainly someone in it, and probably executive level.

And the direction probably would have come from the fed level.

Certainly possible that the police contaminated the fuel as a means of crippling the truckers ability to use it to stay warm, damage engines, etc.

That said, diesel fuel is prone to microbial, water, and particulate contamination if it sits in the tank for a length of time or if the fuel filters have not been kept clean or replaced regularly. If you own a diesel auxiliary powered sailboat, for instance, you may have experience with this.

It’s possible the fuel the police took from the truckers was already contaminated when they took it... Just my $.02.

They didn’t want to be ticketed for going tinkle on the sidewalk...

You’re overlooking the possibility that the act of returning the fuel contaminated the found.

Two can play the game.

Trudeau has been calling the truckers all sorts of nasty names.

Now the truckers are calling Trudeau’s Brown Shirts of doing all sorts of nasty actions.

The pot is simmering in Ottawa.

Police return fuel to truckers because it was already contaminated, or the police contaminated it and then returned it?

If they did, that little factoid will never be reported.

Contaminated with what?

Adding chlorinated hydrocarbons could generate phosgene, COCl2.

Phosgene is very poisonous and was used as a chemical weapon during World War I.

So, if truckers suddenly develop respiratory distress, what are the odds it will be attributed to COVID-19, and blamed on lack of vaccines and masks?

If you guess anything lower that 100% you haven't been paying attention.

I'm not a doctor, but I'd venture that misdiagnosing phosgene poisoning as COVID-9, and mistreating poisoned patients with COVID protocols would be lethal.

After all the "accepted" COVID treatments are lethal enough for actual COVID patients!

You are literally going around the world to get to Waco in making that argument.

The fuel would have been fresh, they are filling cans at the truck stops and moving cans in all the time, they have a continuous need for fuel.

Odd.

That’s almost tagline worthy. But it wouldn’t fit on a tagline.

Water. Watch the videos. Most water contamination to fuel happens due to leaky truck stop underground storage tanks after it rains.

The trucks have fuel/water separators in addition to fuel filters, and the computers in the trucks monitor the water level in the fuel and will put up a warning on the display if water is detected. Go to the shop, drain the tanks refill, replace filters, don’t go to that truck stop again.

It seems they were continually testing this fuel as they expected sabotage might happen. The fuel tested good when it was stolen, had water when it returned.

qaz123 ~ And not deliver a package of napkins to any of the provincial capitols ever again.

TLI ~ Toilet paper.

That will really get their attention.

Since they all think their, uh, stuff doesn't stink, and indeed has an especially fine aroma, it probably wouldn't bother them in the slightest.

So the gestapo put foreign substances in the fuel? If a human had done this he would be in jail. It is not legal for cops to do something that is illegal.

I really liked that movie. The alien was cheesy, but...I liked the story and the actors.

Great story.

I particularly liked this dialogue sequence played by Mel Gibson (The Ex Father Graham who renounced God after his wife was killed) and his younger adult brother Merrill played by Joaquim Phoenix as they sit on the couch looking at live coverage of the Alien invasion:

MERRILL: Some people are probably thinking this is the end of the world.

GRAHAM: That's true.

MERRILL: Do you think it could be?

GRAHAM: Yes.

MERRILL: How can you say that?

GRAHAM: That wasn't the answer you wanted?

MERRILL: Couldn't you pretend to be like you used to be? Give me some comfort.

GRAHAM: People break down into two groups when they experience something lucky.

Group number one sees it as more than lucky, more than coincidence. They see it as a sign, evidence that there is someone up there watching out for them.

Group number two sees it as just pure luck, a happy turn of chance. I'm sure the people in group number two are looking at those lights in a very suspicious way. For them, the situation isn't…Could be bad, could be good. But deep down, they feel that whatever happens, they're on their own. And that fills them with fear.

Yeah, there are those people.

But there's a whole lot of people in the group number one. When they see those lights, they're looking at a miracle. And deep down, they feel that whatever's going to happen, there'll be someone there to help them. And that fills them with hope.

See, what you have to ask yourself is, what kind of person are you? Are you the kind who sees signs, sees miracles? Or do you believe that people just get lucky? Or look at the question this way…is it possible that there are no coincidences?

MERRILL: I was at this party once. I'm on the couch with Randa McKinney.

She was just sitting there Iooking beautiful, staring at me. I go to lean in and kiss her...and I realize I have gum in my mouth. So I turn, take out the gum, stuff it in a paper cup next to the sofa, and turn around. Randa McKinney throws up all over herself.

I knew the second it happened it was a miracle. I could have been kissing her when she threw up. That would have scarred me for life. I may never have recovered.

I'm a miracle man. Those lights are a miracle.

GRAHAM: There you go.

GRAHAM: So, which type are you?

GRAHAM: Do you feel comforted?

GRAHAM: Yeah, I do.

GRAHAM: Then what does it matter?

I never told you the last words that Colleen said before they let her die. She said, "See."

Then her eyes glazed a bit. And then she said, "Swing away."

You know why she said that? Because the nerve endings in her brain were firing as she died, and some random memory of us at one of your baseball games just popped into her head.

There is no one watching out for us, Merrill.

We are all on our own.

Ironic and typical of government. In Waco we had to burn the children to death in order to "save them". In Canada, they are trying to freeze the children to death. I'm sure some here support that.

Contaminated or not, they are trying to kill people in life threatening conditions by stealing and withholding fuel. That's a fact.

I take my Alzheimer’s addled mom for long rides, it’s one of the few things she actually seems to enjoy.

A frequent route is through a local valley.

A month ago it had abundant Trump signs and flags.

They’re all, and I mean ALL gone. I don’t quite know what to make of that.

The guy took down his thin blue line flag and the property owner promptly put one up.......LOL!

They’re city dwelling liberals and hipsters, right?

No more beard balm, coffee, craft beer or craft beer supplies.

City shuts down in a week
