Consequently, many young men don’t want to pursue these occupations.Spoke with my usual delivery guy yesterday and asked him about the driver shortage. Since his outfit is overseen federally they cannot get enough drivers due to mandatory drug testing. Young guys don't want to give up weed for a starting salary of $38 per hour, full benefits, vacation and overtime. We're going to have this problem with us for a long time.
