There needs to be enhanced sentencing for this sort of thing given the devastating outcome experienced by the victims of these hoaxes.
Yes! This is a hate crime. The blacks tried to get two white students kicked out of school with false accusations. What if it had been the other way around? Then those white kids would have been charged with a hate crime!
