What Pence did or didn’t do was a technical issue. The election was stolen fair and square way before Jan 6. If we keep bringing this what if stuff up we will lose. period. move on. The democrats are planning to take over in november due to redistricting wins all across the board. We can look back to last year , 2016, 1998, 1918 1865 or whenever. We need to take back the house and senate in november or it is toast.

Pence did the only thing he could do - what he “thought” about it is irrelevant. He has no power or discretion over the process. He can only preside and make rulings on any motions according to parliamentary rules - all of which are subject to appeal and vote. That’s it.
Strangely rather than just saying that he’s decided to get into a “tit for tat” war of words with Trump and exchange insults. Indicates he must actually have ambitions to run for President which is ridiculous.
