So there, I guess they have to mention slavery as much as possible. At least, I guess, you have general history going on. But these battle sites….why mention slaves and slavery beyond just the possibility it was a boiling point for the entire war - but not this specific battle?
Even the little battle site of Monocacy near us, the VC had an ENITRE section about slavery!
