Easy solution.
Drop the mandates and restrictions, all of them, and this whole event will just be (for you) a bad memory.
For the rest of us, it will be a glorious victory.
Truckers simply have to take turns leaving, filling up and getting replenished and coming back. It would mean a steady flow of traffic through the city so it would be much more difficult to actually ticket someone for “occupying” or whatever it is they want to claim they are doing.
They can’t let up. They know a trial and a swift judgement are next.
