that last “diversity” head coaching hires, Vance Joseph for the Broncos and Steve Wilks for the Arizona Cardinals were unmitigated disasters ... their affirmative action performance has done nothing but hurt the chances for future hires ... i suppose the only good thing you can say about them is that the Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals have taken their turn in the affirmative action barrel and should therefore be inoculated from having to take another dip in that barrel for a while ... it’s now time for some other team to step up to the affirmative action loser roster and take one on the chin for Roger Goodell ...
So NFL teams, for whom it’s all about winning, are ignoring some of the potentially best coaches due to skin color.
In sports winning is the key to advancement.
If a coach tends to win, up he goes.
If a coach tends to lose, out he goes.
Black former players might want to move to Texas and offer to coach high school football teams for low salaries.
The key is to get in the coaching business and then work one’s way up.
My suggestion for the NFL is round white balls and eye-catching female soccer players.

They’re also pushing black ownership. Currently, with a few exceptions, the teams are owned by individuals and/or individual families. And, NFL teams range in value about $3B ~ $6B. There are a few blacks that are wealthy enough to buy a team or put together a limited partnership with one of them as the majority partner but not many. And, to my knowledge none have tried.

I have a totally woke solution to this problem.
In today’s world men can become women and compete in women’s sports. I see no reason that a white male coach can’t declare himself to be a black woman. A real twofer.
This has worked for Talcum X for several years, except he hasn’t done the Bruce Jenner move. Yet.
Some of you may think that my suggestion is ludicrous. I think it is Woke. These are the same thing.

Yes! The fact that the NFL lacks even a single trans-bi-Asian/Pacific Islander coach is a scandal of epic proportions.
The NFL management chose to go "woke" - now it's time for the "woke" blades to come out, and some of those management heads to roll (figuratively speaking, of course ;>)...
That is the only logical conclusion.
Take a look at this. Typical of a tech company. Scroll to the bottom and look at the pie charts. They’re openly declaring their goal over the next couple of years is to reduce “white men” (against “women and non-white men”). You can only do that by firing and/or only hiring non-white men. It’s illegal.

NFL: They don’t seem to realize that they’re creating their own problem. If a black coach is fired then it *must* be due to racism, forget that he was hired in the first place. Requiring teams to interview black coaches sets them up for litigation when they don’t get hired - the claim being a “sham interview”, plus, even if hired, leads to the “hired *because* of being black”...which doesn’t inspire confidence, negates the value of legitimate black head coaches, and also opens up the potential for litigation from white coaches that didn’t get hired as they went with a black coach due to the pressure to hire them.
You don’t solve injustice with more injustice...but the woke mob is in control so reason and sanity won’t prevail.
How many black head coaches haven’t cut the mustard and were fired ? Just askin.
Definitely too many blacks in the NFL. Way overrepresented. Not nearly enough Asians and Jews tho’.
How about the mayors, police chief and D.A.’s of almost every major city? How about some diversity hiring there?
