I guess “police violence” is now the new “climate change” it can be attributed to anything.
I'm guessing total alienation from black men is a factor. Living in violent neighborhoods is a factor - watching TV ads where every black man is with a white or Asian woman is a factor.
Gay men running ad agencies - and wanting to 'stick it to straight white men' - should NOT do it on the backs of backs of black women. Run a few ads with black women being with Asian men or white men or American Indians or someone. Balance it out - gay hatred is hurting black women.

Sorry, but this is biased. Johns Hopkins released a study several years ago that related stress from all causes, particularly crime and general violence, as a big factor in poorer health and intellectual development problems in urban blacks.

There is no way these clowns conducted a scientific study that isolated for all other causes and then demonstrated a correlation between those conditions and "fear of police violence".

How about the fact that someone lives in a crappy, violent, crime ridden neighborhood .
But they want to blame it on the police .

The root issue is not enough police .
So it’s the police not bad diet, common drug abuse and alcohol consumption, young teen pregnancies, poor prenatal care and lack of parenting skills that is causing this problem. It is interesting that these same health problems are endemic on Indian reservations where the tribes have their own police.

the only reason why were are so many cops in black neighborhoods is because of all the crime and violence committed by blacks. They go where the crime is. Wasn’t it Willy Sutton who said he robbed banks because that’s where the money is, it’s similar with the cops.
The black community has created it’s own harmful culture, and most blacks would prefer crime free neighborhoods and more of a police presence.
But black culture also frowns heavily on turning in a criminal to the police, or being “a snitch” as it’s known.
Blacks can rid their neighborhoods of crime by snitching. Every. Single. Time.
Naturally the Northwestern study will propose a solution that can only be obtained with the money earned by whites, nasty, inherently racist whites. It’s called reparations.
Preterm delivery is caused by previous abortions. Doctors know this.
Cardiovascular disease is hereditary in blacks. Doctors know this too.
These people did not spend the last ten years watching criminal violence lead to their conclusions.
They MAY have spent the last ten months finding a way to link their defund the police demands with medical problems in an effort to make their demands more legitimate.
Police misconduct...Or criminal activity engaged in by pregnant black women or their partners? I’ll go with the latter.
