Good thought, I just need to figure out how owning an office building which you cannot lease out enough to space to generate a profit is not a liability instead of an asset. Maybe it’s the gentrification of office building plan?

The govt IS the economy even though we think differently. we tend to manage the past, not the present.
There are some areas of the economy where there is less govt but I have not found anywhere there is no govt.
